You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. The 30 days count from the day your order is marked delivered, not the day you placed it.

Condition requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
Not eligible: items damaged by the customer after delivery, and requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Shipping fee policy
The original $4.95 flat rate shipping charge is non-refundable, except when the item you received is defective or is the wrong item.
If we sent you a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover the full cost of correcting it, including the original shipping fee.
Where to send returns
Please email us before shipping anything back so we can issue your free prepaid label and log your return in advance. Items sent back without contacting us first may take longer to process, since we won't have an order number attached to the package.
