About Gratoprint

Gratoprint started with a simple idea: sports and streetwear fans should be able to get a jersey, hoodie, or pair of shoes that actually matches their style, without waiting on a big-box retailer to restock the right size or color.

Every order is printed and prepared once it's placed, then shipped from our facility at 21 South End Ave, New York, NY 10280. We don't sit on shelves of pre-made inventory guessing what people want — we make each piece to order, which keeps our catalog focused instead of bloated.

We're a small operation, and that's on purpose. It means a real person reads your email, checks your order, and follows up if something needs fixing. No call centers, no scripts.

We work with print partners who specialize in jerseys, fleece hoodies, and printed footwear, so each product category gets a process built for that material instead of one generic print run applied to everything. That's part of why our lineup stays focused on four core categories instead of spreading thin across dozens of product types.

Our mission is to make print-on-demand apparel that looks and feels as good as anything you'd find on a store shelf, backed by shipping and support that doesn't leave you guessing where your order stands. We measure success by how many customers place a second order, not by how large our catalog looks.

That means being upfront about processing time, shipping cost, and what happens if a size doesn't work out, rather than burying that information after checkout. If something about your order isn't right, we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
